Hi, I’m Julie Colin, a full-time Realtor® proudly serving St. Charles County and the surrounding areas.
Real estate has been part of my life for more than two decades. I started as an agent’s assistant while in college, moved into real estate marketing and leadership, and eventually found my way to what I love most, working directly with buyers and sellers. Having experienced so many sides of the industry has given me a unique perspective and shaped the way I serve my clients today.
I believe buying or selling a home should feel exciting, not overwhelming. My approach is built around honest advice, consistent communication, attention to detail, and making sure my clients always know what’s happening and what comes next. Whether you’re buying your first home, selling a longtime family home, investing, or simply trying to figure out your next move, my goal is to make the experience as seamless and stress-free as possible.
With an extensive background in marketing, I know successfully selling a home takes more than putting a sign in the yard. I combine proven real estate strategies with evolving technology, including AI, digital marketing, and innovative tools, to showcase homes, reach the right buyers, streamline the process, and give my clients every possible advantage. I believe in staying ahead of the way technology is changing our industry while never losing the personal relationships that make real estate so meaningful.
Community is also a big part of who I am and how I do business. I love bringing people together through neighborhood events, supporting local businesses and organizations, awarding scholarships, and staying involved in the communities I serve. For me, being a Realtor® isn’t just about helping someone buy or sell a house, it’s about becoming a trusted resource my clients can count on long after closing day.
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me cheering on my four kids at their activities, tackling another project around the house, or spending time with the people who mean the most to me.
Since starting my career in real estate in 2000, one thing has remained constant: real estate is about people first. The tools may evolve, the market may change, and technology will continue to move forward—but providing great service, communicating well, and doing what’s right for my clients will always come first.

After years in finance and account management, Frankie followed her passion for design in 1999, launching her own business and refining her expertise in project management, staging, and sourcing.
