Hey Dardenne Prairie! If you're looking for a fun and meaningful way to kick off the new school year, don’t miss the Back-to-School Fair happening Thursday, July 31st from 4 to 6 p.m. at City Hall Park (2032 Hanley Road, Dardenne Prairie, MO 63368).

This free event brings our community together to support local students—with a little fun along the way!

Each summer, the City of Dardenne Prairie partners with local businesses, service providers, and volunteers to host this special event designed to support students and families.

The focus? School readiness and community connection.

With everything from free school supplies to tutoring resources, this fair is all about setting our students up for success—and having a little fun while we’re at it.

✅ Free school supplies for the first 50 children (first-come, first-served!)
✅ Tutoring and academic support resources
✅ Food trucks and concessions to keep everyone happy and fed
✅ Open play at the park—let the kids run, climb, and enjoy the sunshine!

Whether your student needs a new backpack or a little confidence boost heading into the school year, you’ll find support here.

At 6:00 PM, stick around for a special presentation from the St. Louis Warriors—a group known for their inspiring work and community involvement. It’s a great opportunity for kids and adults alike to hear uplifting stories and feel empowered heading into the new school year.
