The 2025 Explosion Real Estate Conference, hosted by Vince Leisey—President of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Network and CEO of BHHS Ambassador Real Estate—wasn’t just another industry event. It was a gathering of game-changers from all over the country coming together to share stories, strategies, wins, failures, and everything in between. Because let’s face it—success breeds success. 

From The Future Is Now panel featuring some of the most innovative millennial agents in the industry, to rapid-fire discussions on mastering listings, creating community impact, and protecting your work-life balance—Explosion 2025 was packed with actionable takeaways. 

We learned advanced Zillow Showcase strategies, explored the power of a winning mindset, and discussed building strong client relationships in a shifting market. A personal highlight? Hearing Andrew Undem and Riley Kratzer share their approach to working smarter, not harder, with the right systems in place to keep your business running smoothly. 

As incredible as the main-stage content was, the true magic happened in the moments between sessions—over coffee, at dinners, and during social events. That’s where the one-on-one conversations with other leaders happen. 

We dug deep into how we run our businesses, swapped ideas, traded what’s working (and what’s not), and left with not just strategies, but genuine connections. 

For me, these networking opportunities are what make Explosion Real Estate Conference stand out. It’s rare to be in the same room with 200 of the top Realtors in the US, all openly sharing and supporting one another. 

Huge credit goes to Vince Leisey, Chris Kelly (CEO of HomeServices of America), and Jimmy Burgess (Chief Coaching Officer, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Network). Their leadership, vision, and culture set the tone for the entire event.
