24th Annual Sunshine Kids Golf Tournament at Bogey Hills – Swinging for a Cause

On Monday, August 11th, 2025, the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Select Properties family came together once again for one of our favorite traditions—the 24th Annual Sunshine Kids Golf Tournament at beautiful Bogey Hills Golf Course in St. Charles, Missouri. 

Now, let’s be honest… we are not professional golfers. In fact, some of us have to dust off our clubs each year just for this event. But that’s part of what makes this day so special—it’s less about the scorecard and more about the laughs, the camaraderie, and the cause that brings us together. 

For over 23 years, our offices have proudly supported The Sunshine Kids Foundation, which creates enriching group activities and unforgettable experiences for children battling cancer. Since 2002, thanks to the generosity of our sponsors, golfers, and supporters, we’ve raised over $1.4 million for this incredible organization. We’re proud to be recognized as the #6 national contributor among Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices franchises, but more than anything, we’re proud to help bring joy to these kids and their families. 

This Sunshine Kids Golf Tournament in St. Charles, MO is more than a fundraiser—it’s a celebration of community spirit. From the first tee to the last putt, the day was filled with sunshine in more ways than one—great weather, plenty of friendly banter, and a shared mission to make a difference. Whether we were celebrating a lucky birdie or laughing over a not-so-lucky bunker shot, every moment reminded us why we return to the course year after year. 

Events like this are part of what makes Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices community events so impactful. They connect us with our neighbors, give us a reason to come together, and ensure that our efforts create real change for the families we serve.
